Job summary

Vanguard India is expanding its technology center in Hyderabad to tackle AI, mobile, and cloud-based initiatives. The role focuses on intermediate-level system analysis, design, development, and implementation of applications and databases, with emphasis on integrating third-party products and AI-driven automation.

The candidate will work across teams including Product, SRE, and Environment, contributing to AI-powered dashboards, build processes, and deployment activities in a hybrid model based

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in application development, system analysis, or database management.
• Bachelors degree (B.E./B.Tech) in Computer Science or IT, or Bachelors in Computer Applications (BCA).
• Experience building AI dashboards and operational monitoring systems.
• Exposure to Agentic AI frameworks and AI-driven automation.
• DevOps exposure and cloud-native application development.
• Understanding of system observability and error-monitoring solutions.
• Ability to understand business problems and recommend suitable AI-based solutions.

Responsibilities

• Provides intermediate level system analysis, design, development, and implementation of applications and databases. Integrates third party products.
• Translates technical specifications into code for moderately complex new or enhancement projects for internal clients. Writes programs, develops code, tests artifacts, and produces reports. Employs software development techniques to ensure tests are implemented in a way that support automation.
• Develop AI-powered applications, dashboards, build process.
• Work with GenAI, LLMs, RAG frameworks, and AI agents.
• Utilize AI tools such as Claude for code generation, code review, debugging, and solution design.
• Collaborate with Product, SRE, Environment, Rapid Response, and other engineering teams.
• Analyze issues, propose solutions, and drive implementation independently.
• Participate in CI/CD and deployment activities.

Role Summary
