Bosch Global Software Technologies Private Limited is seeking an experienced calibration engineer for ADAS vehicle projects. You will calibrate systems, perform test-track work, and lead calibration development activities on powertrain-related features.

The role requires strong data analysis skills, proficiency with INCA/ETAS tools and MATLAB/Simulink, and willingness to travel for on-site testing and partner collaborations.

Formación

• Experience in calibration and testing of ADAS vehicles and systems.
• Strong track record in calibration on test tracks.
• Excellent driving and maneuvering skills for passenger cars.
• Experience leading calibration development projects.
• Familiar with engine management systems and testing techniques.
• Experience with Calibration Data Management (iCDM/vCDM).
• Willingness to travel as required.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.

Job Description

Experience in Application & Calibration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems Vehicle & System Integration know-how for ADAS Applications Passion & Interest in Calibration of Vehicles on Test Tracks Excellent Driving & Maneuvering skills for Passenger Cars Experienced in technically leading / working on calibration development projects Experience in calibrating torque-based control systems (gasoline and diesel) Excellent knowledge of powertrain systems and sub-systems Good knowledge of developing engine management systems and testing techniques Knowledge & experience in using calibration & modelling tools e.g. INCA, ETAS Tools, Matlab Simulink, SilVer, CoSym, Uniplot, Cameo, ASCMO, etc. Experience in using analytical software tools to handle large volumes of data. Experience in Calibration Data Management (usage of iCDM & vCDM) Experience on powertrain calibration along with vehicle drivabilityDesired Competency: Setting Application parameters, System release tests/validation on bench/lab and vehicles Supporting technical discussions/negotiations with customers Cooperation with development partners (SYS, HW, SW, CAD) and project manager Providing requirements analysis and test planning Ability to understand, interpret and evaluate numerical data Knowledge of Modelling and Simulation techniques Sound understanding of engine combustion processes and emissions formulation Skilled in statistical testing techniques i.e. Design of Experiments (DoE) Complete work in a safe, timely and professional manner with minimum supervision Flexibility to undertake additional task to meet business requirements Excellent presentation & communication skills. Flexibility to travel as and when required.

Qualifications

B.E / B.Tech, M.E / M.Tech in Mechanical / Automobile / Mechatronics.
