Job summary

Tata Technologies is seeking a CAD/PLM specialist in Pune with 1-3 years hands‑on experience. The role focuses on CATIA V5 modeling, drawing, and PLM integration across data migration initiatives.

You will work with global teams on Teamcenter (TCUA) and/or 3DEXPERIENCE platforms, contributing to configuration, deployment, and user support activities. youll collaborate with design teams to gather CAD automation requirements and ensure EBOM/MBOM linkage is maintained.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years hands-on experience in CAD/PLM domain.
• Working knowledge of CATIA V5 modeling and drawing environment.
• Exposure to Teamcenter (TCUA) and/or 3DEXPERIENCE (3DX) platforms.
• Understanding of CAD
• PLM integration concepts and workflows.
• Basic knowledge of EBOM and MBOM structures and their linkage.
• Experience in requirement gathering from design teams for CAD automation/use cases.
• Familiarity with PLM configuration, deployment, or user support activities.
• Understanding of data migration concepts (legacy to PLM systems CAD & non-CAD).
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills for cross-functional coordination

Responsibilities

• Translate CAD/PLM requirements into workable configurations and workflows.
• Support design teams with CAD automation use cases and data migrations.
• Assist in PLM deployment, configuration, and user support activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address issues and improvements.
• Participate in data migration from legacy CAD/PLM systems to modern platforms.
