Job summary

3D Engineering Automation LLP in Mumbai is seeking a Mechanical Engineer to provide technical software support for NX and Solid Edge, handle customer queries, and deliver product training.

You will troubleshoot software issues, guide customers on best practices, assist with software deployment and implementation, and coordinate with internal teams to resolve complex problems. Travel to customer locations will be required.

Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering required.
• Experience in handling customer queries and providing technical software support desirable.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills expected.
• Good understanding of mechanical design principles and engineering practices beneficial.
