Job summary

Tata Technologies in Pune, India seeks an AI/ML engineer to collaborate with CAD engineers and software developers to design AI-powered workflows and automation for CAD processes.

Ideal candidates will bring hands-on Python experience and deep knowledge of AI/ML libraries, and will contribute to engineering digital transformation initiatives across product development and manufacturing domains.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of AI ML, Generative AI, LLMs, RAG and Agentic AI frameworks.
• Hands on experience in Python development and AI ML libraries.
• Good knowledge of CAD tools, Creo, and CAD data structures such as Parts, Assemblies, Drawings, BOM and Parameters.
• Experience in CAD customization and automation using APIs and Toolkit.
• Experience in integrating AI solutions with engineering applications and enterprise systems.
• Understanding of engineering design processes, product development lifecycle and manufacturing domain.
• Strong analytical, problem solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Research emerging AI technologies and contribute innovative ideas for engineering digital transformation initiatives.
