Job Description

We are seeking a highly technical Application Engineer with strong expertise in automation to design, evaluate, and implement scalable automation solutions across enterprise systems.

Key responsibilities include:

• Creating, reviewing, and validating Process Design Documents (PDDs) to ensure they are complete, technically accurate, and suitable for automation.
• Assessing processes for automation feasibility, identifying gaps, edge cases, exception scenarios, and system dependencies, and guiding teams in developing high‑quality, automation‑ready PDDs.
• Translating process requirements into technical workflows, building and deploying automations, integrating APIs and external systems, and ensuring solutions are reliable, maintainable, and production‑ready.
• Defining and enforcing best practices for automation design and documentation.

Tools & Technologies

• Enterprise automation platforms such as UiPath, Blue Prism (BP), Quick Automate, or similar.
• Strong proficiency in Python for developing custom automation scripts, integrating with REST APIs, processing and transforming data, and extending automation capabilities.
• Experience with Python libraries such as requests/ httpx, pandas, logging frameworks; familiarity with REST APIs, JSON, webhooks, Git, Postman, and basic SQL.

Basic Qualifications
