• Interact with customers during the execution and gather feedback.
• Resolve problems on site pertaining to pumping, pouring and labour handling and escape non-resolvable issues.
• Execute pouring at site after checking all necessary infrastructure and safety guidelines are met and report in case of any variations.
• Perform slump monitoring, cube casting, ensure efficient curing of concrete and coordinate with Plant QC Incharge in case of any issues.
• Track and monitor all variations from initial requirement to actual executions at site on the quality parameters and manpower related issues (if any)
