Job summary

A leading consulting firm in Vadodara is seeking internship candidates to assist with Microsoft Dynamics 365. The role involves gathering business requirements, supporting functional testing, and preparing documentation. Candidates should possess a relevant degree (M.Tech/MBA) and have good communication skills. This is a 6-month internship with potential full-time opportunities based on performance. The shift time is from 12 PM to 10 PM, and 12 positions are available.

• Basic working knowledge of MS Excel.

Job description

Roles & Responsibilities

• Understand and gather basic business requirements
• Assist in configuring and setting up Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Business Central
• Support functional testing and data validation
• Prepare functional documents and user guides
• Writing technical code and merging with functional for issue resolution
• Provide support during implementation and post-go-live
• Assist in user training and system support activities
• Working on Reports and other system functionality analysis
• Debugging the errors to ensure smooth and optimized system functioning
