Role Overview

We are seeking an Application Developer – Adobe Analytics to design, develop, and deploy advanced analytics solutions using Adobe Experience Platform and Customer Journey Analytics. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in integrating, analyzing, and visualizing customer data to support marketing, product, and business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and deployment of Adobe CJA workspaces and visualizations for cross-functional teams.
• Design and implement schemas, datasets, and data views in Adobe Experience Platform to support CJA use cases.
• Integrate online and offline datasets to build a unified customer view for analysis.
• Collaborate with Adobe Solution Architects and Data Engineers to design data pipelines ensuring proper governance and quality.
• Create and optimize CJA dashboards tailored to business stakeholder needs.
• Mentor junior developers and analysts on CJA workspace design, attribution modeling, and audience segmentation best practices.
• Troubleshoot data and configuration issues; work with Adobe Support as needed.
• Participate in roadmap planning for customer analytics capabilities within AEP and CJA.
  
  

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of total IT experience, with at least 2 years of relevant experience in Adobe Experience Platform and Customer Journey Analytics.
• Strong understanding of data integration, schema design, and data governance in AEP.
• Experience working with Adobe Analytics and Adobe Tags is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across teams and mentor junior members.
