Job summary

Accenture is seeking an App Automation Eng Assoc Manager to lead automation initiatives within Technology for Operations. You will design and deploy RPA solutions, oversee infrastructure, and collaborate with sales, delivery, and client teams to deliver secure automation.

The role requires 10 to 14 years of experience in automation, cloud platforms, and hands-on work with Automation Anywhere, UiPath, Power Automate or Blue Prism, Citrix and VMware. You may work in rotating shifts as needed.

Qualifications

• 7–8 yrs of experience deploying/maintaining hosting infrastructure.
• Hands-on experience in RPA infra/platform design and deployment.
• Experience with RPA tools: Automation Anywhere, UiPath, Power Automate, Blue Prism.
• Knowledge of Citrix XenApp/XenDesktop or VMware vSphere ESXi.

What would you do? You will be part of the Technology for Operations team that acts as a trusted advisor and partner to Accenture Operations. The team provides innovative and secure technologies to help clients build an intelligent operating model, driving exceptional results. We work closely with the sales, offering and delivery teams to identify and build innovative solutions. The Tech For Operations (TFO) team provides innovative and secure technologies to help clients build an intelligent operating model, driving exceptional results. Works closely with the sales, offering and delivery teams to identify and build innovative solutions.,Tech for Operations involves using technology to improve and streamline business operations. This role includes implementing software solutions, automating processes, and managing IT systems that support operational activities. It also involves analyzing data to optimize performance and ensure efficiency. The goal is to enhance productivity and operational effectiveness through the effective use of technology. Major sub deals include AHO(Application Hosting Operations), ISMT (Infrastructure Management), Intelligent Automation Automate Business Processes using Robotic Process Automation Tools (Blue Prism and Automation Anywhere) Cognitive RPA like OCR, NLP, ML/AI, and API Integrations to provide automation in a process. It includes writing code using scripting language like C, VB.NET, Python etc. to help in Automations. Design architecture of automation solutions and RPA tools to design process flows, write code, and create technical documentation to provide end-to-end automation.

• Must have experience on RPA Infrastructure Setup Planning, Installation, Configuration on RPA Tools like, , Automation Anywhere, UiPath, Power Automate or Blue Prism.


• Hands on experience on Citrix (XenApp & XenDesktop) or VMWare (vSphere, ESXi, vCenter Server) products.


• Experience in leading customer facing discussions with Business, IT and Solution Architect teams.


• Experience working with teams across internal and external organizations


• Good communication & customer interaction skills.


• Knowledge on storage, firewalls, load balancer & routers.


• Understanding on information security & compliance practices
