Job Type: Full Time
Shift Timing: Night Shift
Working Day: 5
Experience: 0 to 7 years

Desired/Essential Skills:

1. 1 to 6 years of US Recruiting experience with a focus on Contract, Contract to Hire, and Full-Time positions.
2. Hands-on experience in the complete US recruitment life cycle.
3. Hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment process across various IT Technologies.
4. Experience in recruiting US Citizens, GC’s, OPT, and EAD consultants.
5. Proficient in the use of Job Boards like Careerbuilder, Dice, Monster, and Techfetch.
6. Proficient in the use of networking sites like LinkedIn, Twitter, etc., and Google AIRS searches.
7. Proficient in Salary/Hourly Rate negotiations.
8. Proficient in different Tax Terms like W2, 1099, C2C, and INC.
9. Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases (Preferably Ceipal).
