Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services is seeking a skilled monitoring professional to manage AppDynamics, Dynatrace, and Splunk across client environments in Pune, Chennai, Kolkata, and Hyderabad.

You will implement dashboards, alerts, and automated responses, perform root-cause analysis, and collaborate with SRE teams to maintain observability and performance.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of hands-on monitoring experience with enterprise tools.
• Strong knowledge of AppDynamics, Dynatrace or Splunk platforms.
• Ability to design dashboards, alerts and monitoring policies.
• Experience with integration to ITSM and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong problem-solving and collaboration across teams.

Responsibilities

• Configure and administer AppDynamics, Dynatrace, and Splunk platforms.
• Monitor application, infrastructure, and business transaction performance.
• Create dashboards, reports, alerts, and monitoring policies.
• Perform proactive performance analysis and troubleshooting.
• Identify bottlenecks using traces, logs, and metrics.
• Support production incidents and outages with timely resolutions.
• Integrate monitoring tools with ServiceNow, CI/CD, and automation platforms.
• Collaborate with application, cloud, infrastructure and SRE teams.
• Maintain monitoring standards and observability best practices.
