Job summary

Conduent is seeking an experienced .NET/Angular developer in Bengaluru to design, build, and support scalable .NET-based applications and services. You will participate in full software lifecycle activities and collaborate across cross-functional teams.

The role requires strong OOP, design pattern knowledge, and hands-on experience with SQL Server, ADO.NET, and modern Angular tooling. Excellent communication and learning agility are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of .NET Framework/.NET Core and OOP concepts.
• Solid understanding of software design principles and patterns.
• Experience with ADO.NET, XML, XAML and advanced SQL Server development.
• Experience designing and maintaining SQL-based databases.
• Proficient in modern Angular development and related tooling.
• 2+ years of experience building Windows Services (single/multi-threaded).
• Proven debugging and complex issue resolution skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Ability to quickly learn new technologies and adapt to changing requirements.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, enhance, and maintain scalable .NET-based applications and services.
• Participate in requirement analysis, solution design, coding, testing, deployment, and production support activities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex application and performance-related issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Contribute to architectural decisions, code reviews, and implementation of development best practices.
• Work on setup, configuration, and development activities involving third-party products and toolsets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong understanding of .NET Framework/.NET Core with solid knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts.
• Strong expertise in software design principles, design patterns, and development best practices.
• Hands-on experience with ADO.NET, XML, XAML, and advanced SQL Server development, including complex queries, stored procedures, performance tuning, and optimization.
• Strong experience in database design, administration, and maintenance of SQL-based systems.
• Deep expertise in modern Angular development, including:
  • Recent Angular versions
  • Standalone Components
  • Angular Signals and reactive programming concepts
  • Angular CLI
  • Node Package Manager (NPM)
  • Git/GitHub version control
• Minimum 2+ years of experience developing Windows Services, including single-threaded and multi-threaded implementations.
• Proven experience in debugging and resolving complex software and system-level issues.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to quickly learn new technologies and adapt to evolving business requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to the Print and Customer Communications Management (CCM) domain is highly desirable.
• Experience with document composition and customer communication tools such as:
  • GMC Inspire
  • HP Exstream , OpenText Exstream or similar platforms
• Familiarity with vendor-specific print and workflow solutions, including:
  • Solimar: Rubika, SOLfusion, SOLindex
  • Sefas: Designer, Producer
  • Racami: Alchem-e, Workflow
• Experience in setup, configuration, and development of third-party software solutions.
