Job description

Through the Amazon Marketplace, Amazon provides individuals or enterprises the opportunity to sell their goods on the Amazon platform. In this context, Amazon is looking for a talented, Sales Rep to support the International Seller Business on our Amazon websites. You will help Sellers & 3rd Party developers integrate their full catalogue technically with Amazon systems and synchronize their own system with their Amazon Selling Account using our Selling Partner APIs. You will be responsible for managing each Integration as a separate project starting from pre-sales to a successful launch on the platform.

Summary of Responsibilities:
  1. Analyze each Seller's existing system and collaborate with their technical staff to define requirements, design integration solutions, validate data integrity, and verify business processes.
  2. Provide onboarding support to recruited Sellers building automated integration with Amazon Selling Partner APIs.
  3. Offer technical guidance, review implementation progress, resolve issues, and coordinate stakeholders for successful launches.
  4. Engage regularly with Sellers to onboard their content onto the Amazon platform.
  5. Collect metrics and facts about Seller issues to facilitate solutions.
  6. Identify operational improvement areas for Sellers.
  7. Assist Sellers in addressing pain points in listing processes and educate them on tools and processes for easier integration.
  8. Ensure high-quality automation with Amazon SP APIs and that Sellers add their full selection onto the Marketplace.
  9. Gather requirements to develop tools and processes that enhance integration ease and efficiency.
  10. Contribute to additional projects, improve new tools, and create SOPs.
Qualifications:
  • At least 1+ years of program or project management experience.
  • Experience using data to influence business decisions.
  • Over 1 year of experience working with cross-functional teams globally.
  • Knowledge of analytics & statistical tools such as SAS, PowerBI, SQL, & ETL DW concepts.
  • Knowledge of visualization tools like Tableau, Datazen, SSRS.
  • Experience in back office operations, escalation management, and troubleshooting environments.
