Binarystar Searchx in Gurgaon (Gurugram) is seeking an experienced Oracle APEX developer to build and maintain transactional applications, dashboards, and reports, while leveraging Oracle Forms and Reports when required.

The role emphasizes PL/SQL engineering, API integration, front-end customization with JavaScript, and ensuring security and performance through testing and optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Oracle APEX Developer Certification strongly preferred.
• H hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure or Autonomous Database ATP.
• Familiarity with DevOps Workflows, Git, CI/CD pipelines.
• Exposure to Agile Scrum methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Application Development: Build and maintain Oracle APEX apps for transactional systems, dashboards, workflows, and reporting.
• PL/SQL Engineering: Develop and finetune complex PL/SQL packages, procedures, functions, and triggers.
• API Integration: Design and consume RESTful and SOAP services to connect APEX apps with enterprise systems.
• Front-End Customization: Enhance UI with JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, jQuery.
• Security & Governance: Implement authentication, authorization, and RBAC.
• Reporting & BI: Deliver analytics via APEX Reports, BI Publisher, and XML Publisher.
• Quality & Performance: Unit testing, peer code reviews, and performance tuning.
• Documentation & Support: Maintain docs and postdeployment support.

Experience: 6-12 years

Key Responsibilities : -

• Application Development Build and maintain Oracle APEX applications for transactional systems, dashboards, workflows, and reporting. Work with legacy tools like Oracle Forms, Reports, and Workflows when required.


• PL/SQL Engineering Develop and finetune complex PL/SQL packages, procedures, functions, and triggers to implement robust business logic.


• API Integration Design and consume RESTful and SOAP services to seamlessly connect APEX applications with enterprise systems.


• Front-End Customization Enhance user experience with JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, jQuery, and dynamic APEX actions.


• Security & Governance Implement authentication, authorization schemes, and rolebased access controls aligned with best practices.


• Reporting & BI – Deliver analytics and insights through APEX Reports, BI Publisher, and XML Publisher.


• Quality & Performance – Conduct unit testing, peer code reviews, and performance tuning using SQL trace and explain plans.


• Documentation & Support – Maintain clear technical documentation and provide reliable postdeployment support.
