Agilent Technologies in India (Gurugram) seeks a capable APAC Sales Enablement & Automation Specialist to drive automation, digital transformation, and operational excellence across APAC commercial operations. Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, Analytics, Information Systems, or related discipline.
• 2-5 years of experience in Business Operations, Process Automation, Analytics, or Digital Transformation.
• Strong understanding of workflow automation, business process improvement, and reporting tools.
• Experience with CRM platforms and commercial business processes.
• Excellent analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and project coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and implement automation opportunities across sales and business operations processes.
• Design and deploy automated workflows, approvals, notifications, reporting solutions, and self-service capabilities.
