Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for:

1. Imparting training on IT.
2. Basic knowledge in Computer operations.
3. Basic operational knowledge for MS Word.
4. Basic operational knowledge for MS Excel (Sort, filter, replace, format painter, auto fill, alignment, page layout, etc.).
5. Basic MS Excel formulas (Count, CountA, Countif, Countblank, Sumif, Min, Max, Average, etc.).
6. Understanding of Internet & email working concepts.
7. Imparting training on domain.
8. Mapping and identifying where needy underprivileged youths may be found.
9. Counseling the youths to encourage them to pursue courses.
10. Reviewing student resumes and providing feedback; coaching for the interview process.
11. Conducting mock interviews.
12. Assigning and grading class work, homework, tests, and assignments.
13. Encouraging and monitoring the progress of individual students.
14. Observing and maintaining accurate and complete records of student progress and development.
15. Counseling students with academic problems and providing encouragement.
16. Grooming students to prepare them for jobs.
17. Ensuring good employment opportunities for students with prospective employers.
18. Undertaking additional responsibilities from time to time based on organizational needs.

Salary

₹24,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per month
