Security is good and coperative.

There will not be strong agreement between client and company. They compromise as client says. Unexpectedly client ramp down the project. I do not know how company make agreement with client. This is challenge for employees. Employee mis the opportunity to utilize their skills to company grouth and personal grouth. Number of Managers and directors are more to manage employee. This is very expensive to the company. This horizontal department is more expensive to the company. Job is safe for these peoples but there is no job safe for employee who works technically sincerely consistently dedicatedly. These peoples are building blocks of revenue generation of the company. Sincere and honest top management must be there to manage technical employees. Need to filter management peoples such as HR and managers and directors who are not playing ther role properly. Some managers behave like nontechnical. These peoples struggle for their existence. Finally technical peoples supper even work sincerely. There is no control to monitor these peoples role.
