Job summary

Talent Grade is seeking a dedicated anaesthesiologist to provide comprehensive perioperative care across pre-, intra-, and post-operative phases. You will support orthopaedic and neurological surgeries, monitor vitals, manage airways and haemodynamics, and respond to emergencies with sound clinical judgment.

The role requires MD/DNB in Anaesthesiology, valid registration, and at least 1 year of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• MBBS from an NMC-recognized institution.
• MD/DNB in Anaesthesiology or equivalent qualification.
• Valid Medical Council/NMC registration.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in orthopaedic and neurological surgeries.
• Strong clinical knowledge and sound decision-making in perioperative and emergency care.
• Ability to independently manage anaesthesia and respond to intra-operative complications.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Male candidates preferred.
• Willing to work full‑time, 6 days per week.

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in providing anaesthesia for orthopaedic and neurological surgeries.
• Strong clinical knowledge and sound decision-making skills in perioperative and emergency care.
• Ability to independently manage anaesthesia and respond effectively to intra-operative complications.
