Qualifications

• 4–7 years of hands-on Android development experience.
• Proficiency in Kotlin and Android SDK.
• Strong understanding of mobile app architecture (MVVM/MVI) and design patterns.
• Experience with performance tuning, memory management, and offline storage strategies.
• Proven track record of delivering large-scale apps with high user engagement.
• Excellent debugging, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field (preferred).
• AI-native mindset — leveraging AI tools to optimize coding, debugging, and development workflows.
