Job Overview

We are looking for a strong Android Developer who can independently design, develop, debug, and maintain Android applications. The ideal candidate should have solid hands-on experience with Android Java/Kotlin, a strong understanding of Android OS and device-level behavior, and the ability to work confidently on security-sensitive features. This role requires someone who can debug complex Android issues, investigate device-specific problems, take ownership of features, and drive issues to resolution independently.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance Android applications using Kotlin and Java.
• Understand and work with Android framework components, lifecycle, background processing, permissions, services, intents, and system-level APIs.
• Investigate and resolve complex device-specific and OS-version-specific issues.
• Debug application crashes, ANRs, unexpected behavior, performance issues, and integration problems.
• Work on Android device security and application security requirements.
• Implement and troubleshoot security-sensitive features such as device validation, emulator/root detection, SIM/device verification, and other security controls.
