Job summary

Stackfusion Private Limited in India, Maharashtra, is seeking a Mobile Software Engineer to assist in developing Android applications under a senior engineer. You will design, code, test, debug, and document programs while communicating progress to stakeholders.

The role requires Java or Kotlin experience, familiarity with Android Studio, and knowledge of the full software development lifecycle, including REST/JSON, SQLite, and Agile practices.

Qualifications

• Good written and verbal communication in English.
• Demonstrated experience with Java or Kotlin, and Android mobile programming.
• Experience with Android Studio.
• Familiarity with all phases of the software development life cycle: analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
• Experience with XML in designing layouts, especially Constraint Layouts.
• Familiarity with version control tools like GIT.
• Familiarity with distributed cloud computing environments, modern software architectures, and agile practices.
• Familiarity with Object-Oriented programming and mobile cloud computing.
• Familiarity with SQLite and Realm databases.
• Experience with HTTP/HTTPS, REST, JSON, and basic web development.
