Job Summary

We are looking for an Android Developer (Java / Kotlin) Mid-Senior Level with 5–6 years of professional Android development experience to build, maintain, and enhance high-quality Android applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Kotlin, Java, Android Jetpack components, modern Android architecture, and debugging across multiple Android versions and device configurations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, reliable, and high-performing mobile applications.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5–6 years of professional Android development (commercial apps or large-scale projects).
• Proficiency in Kotlin ( 1.5) and solid background in Java ( 4).
• Strong grasp of Android Jetpack components (Lifecycle, Navigation, Paging, Room, Data-Store).
• Experience with architectural patterns such as MVVM, Clean Architecture, or MVI.
• Comfortable with asynchronous programming (Coroutines, Flow, Rx-Java).
• Knowledge of dependency injection frameworks (Dagger/Hilt, Koin).
• Ability to write unit and UI tests and to work with CI tools (GitHub Actions, Bitrise, and Azure DevOps).
• Familiarity with Google Play Console, app signing, and staged rollouts.
• Good problem-solving skills; able to debug across multiple Android versions and device configurations.
• Effective communication and team collaboration abilities.

Preferred / Nice to Have Skills

• Hands-on experience with Jetpack Compose for declarative UI.
• Experience in modular Gradle builds and multi-module project structures.
• Exposure to Kotlin Multiplatform Mobile (KMM) or other cross-platform solutions.
• Familiarity with Firebase services (Crashlytics, Remote Config, Cloud Messaging).
• Understanding of security best practices (encrypted storage, ProGuard/R8 rules).
• Contributions to open-source Android libraries or active participation in Android community events.
• Hands-on experience with Android NDK Native. Knowledge about .so files and their integration.
