Job summary

TeamLease in Gurugram, India is seeking a senior Android engineer to lead the development of large-scale mobile applications. You will own core modules, write clean Kotlin and Java, and drive architectural decisions.

You will work with Jetpack components, MVVM/Clean/MVI patterns, coroutines, and CI pipelines to deliver robust features and ensure quality across devices.

Experience with Play Console, app signing, staged rollouts, and collaborating with product and QA teams is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of professional Android development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Kotlin and solidJava background.
• Expertise with Android Jetpack components (Lifecycle, Navigation, Paging, Room).
• Experience with architectural patterns MVVM, Clean Architecture or MVI.
• Familiarity with asynchronous programming (Coroutines, Flow, RxJava).
• Knowledge of DI frameworks (Dagger/Hilt, Koin).
• Ability to write unit and UI tests; work with CI tools (GitHub Actions, Bitrise, Azure DevOps).
• Experience with Google Play Console, app signing, and staged rollouts.
• Good problem-solving skills and cross-version debugging.
• Effective communication and teamwork.
