We are seeking a vibrant Android Developer to join the fintech team. 3–5 yearsof experience. We are on a hunt for quality driven professional who has a passionfor developing high performances mobile applications and seamless user interfaces. Looking for an ideal candidate who is well familiar with Android using Kotlin/Java, modernarchitecture patterns and API integrations.

You will have a strong advantage for provenwork experience in fintech env, payment systems, secure payment systems, or crypto-based applications. Hands-onexperience with certain AI-enabled functionality, performance tuning/optimization, app scalability tactics will be a significant plus to the person. The candidate should be able to thrivein a fast-paced, team-centric setting with a willingness to produce clean, maintainable, and secure code.

Responsibilities

• Create, develop, and sustain stable, reusable,and high-performing Android applications using Kotlin and Java.
• Work with productmanagers, designers, and backend developers to set app features and functionality.
• Develop applications that are the fastest,most scalable, and least battery-draining you can make.
• Make UI/UX designs technically possibleand write pixel-perfect, buttery smooth interfaces.
• Debug, profile and other codebaseissues.
• Give constructive feedback and groomingjunior developers
• Keep track ofnew Android SDKs, libraries, tools and trends in the industry to incorporate into development processes.
• Be a part of architectural decisionsand contribute in mobile strategy.
• Include RESTful APIs as well as third-party librariesand cloud services into applications.
• Support from Android version 2.3 to the latest version (andversion you want to release in future).

Qualifications

Experience: 3 years of professional androiddevelopment experience.

• Education: BSin Computer Science, engineering-related field, or equivalent qualifications, or equivalent experience).
• Technical (max 4+ years experience)
• Kotlin andJava programming languages.
• Deep understanding of Android SDK, Android Studio, and Gradle
• Familiarity withJetpack components (for example, LiveData, ViewModel, Room, Navigation).
• Knowledgeof RESTful APIs, JSON, and backend service integration
• Familiaritywith Material Design and UI/UX best practices
• Familiarity with Version Control (e.g., Git).

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with reactive programing (Coroutines or Flow)
• Familiar withdependency injection frameworks (example: Hilt)
• Knowledge ofunit testing (JUnit, Espresso) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Priorexperience using cloud services (ex. Firebase)

Soft Skills

• Strong attention to detail andproblem-solving ability
• Good at communicationand teamwork.
• Proven ability to work independently and manage simultaneous priorities in a fast-paced environment

Bonus Points

• Published Apps on Google PLAY STORE (link or reference, if any)
• Experience with cross-platform frameworks(e.g. Flutter, React Native)
