We are hiring on behalf of a leading product company for the position of Android Developer. 2+ years of experience. Location – Bengaluru (Hybrid - 2 days in WFO).
Android Developer - only candidates from any product companies will be considered.

We are looking for a passionate and self-motivated Android Developer to join our team that forms a core part of our Industrial Excellence Platform. Responsibilities:

• Mobile Development: Assist in designing, developing, testing, and maintaining Android applications using Kotlin and modern Android development practices.

• UI/UX Implementation: Collaborate with UI/UX designers to build clean and user-friendly interfaces.

• API Integration: Work with backend teams to integrate RESTful APIs and ensure smooth data communication between frontend and backend systems.

• Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code under the guidance of senior developers.

• Debugging & Testing: Support in identifying bugs and performance issues, contributing to their resolution through effective debugging and testing.

• Learning & Collaboration: Engage in code reviews, technical discussions, and collaborative problem-solving sessions with other engineers and mentors.

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of Kotlin and the Android development lifecycle.

• Familiarity with Android components such as Activities, Fragments, RecyclerView, and ViewModel.

• Exposure to Jetpack libraries (LiveData, Navigation, Room, etc.) is a plus.

• Basic knowledge of consuming RESTful APIs using Retrofit or similar libraries.

• Eagerness to learn and work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.

• Strong problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
