• Engage the Crowd: Interact with attendees, maintain high energy, and keep the audience interested and enthusiastic.
• Introduce Speakers: Introduce keynote speakers, performers, or panelists with proper background details and enthusiasm.
• Manage Time: Keep the event on schedule, adjusting gracefully if delays or unexpected changes occur.
• Coordinate Behind the Scenes: Work closely with event planners, audio/video technicians, and stage managers to ensure smooth execution.
• Handle Live Improvisation: Think quickly on your feet to manage minor technical glitches, awkward pauses, or unexpected situations with humor and poise.
• Lead engaging, insightful, and dynamic on-air or live QA sessions with celebrity guests, experts, or public figures.
• Promote CGC University as a brand on Social Media platforms.

• Graduate in any field (Bachelors in Mass Communication will be preffered).
• 5 Years of relevant experience.

Communication: Clear speaking voice, great pronunciation, and strong command of the event language.

Presence: Confident, charismatic, and comfortable speaking in front of large crowds.

Quick Thinking: Ability to improvise and fix awkward silences or delays during live issues.
