• Maintain timing and flow of the program, especially during live broadcasts.
• Handle unexpected situations or live errors with confidence and coposure.
• Engage with the audience through voice, body language and personality.
• Stay updated on current trends, news, and relevant topics.
• Promote programs through social media or public appearances (if required)

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Mass Communication, Media Studies, or related field (preferred)
• Proven experience in anchoring, hosting or public speaking
• Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills.
