Job summary

Peloton Consulting Group in India is seeking an Anaplan Model Builder to join our growing team in Hyderabad. You will collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver Anaplan-based solutions that drive business value and performance-management improvements.

The role emphasizes requirements gathering, prototyping, testing, and knowledge transfer, with opportunities for mentorship, travel as needed, and a strong focus on teamwork and integrity within a global consulting environment.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree in Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain Management, Business/Consulting, Technology, or equivalent.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Willingness to travel as required.

As an Anaplan Model Builder, you will join a high-performing, growing team where your passion for business and technology consulting, particularly in Anaplan solutions, will make a meaningful impact. In this role, you will collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver innovative, high-quality solutions that drive business value.

Key Responsibilities:

• Eliciting and defining business requirements and recommending solutions to address client challenges.
• Collaborating in team discussions and clearly communicating ideas and insights.
• Designing, prototyping, and building technical solutions.
• Supporting system integration testing and user acceptance testing efforts.
• Delivering end-user training and facilitating knowledge transfer sessions.
• Contributing to the development of internal knowledge assets and intellectual property.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Qualified candidates must have a BS or BA degree in Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain Management, Business/Consulting, Technology, or equivalent
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Eagerness to work in a team-oriented environment, high levels of initiative and drive
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Access
• Ability to quickly understand and decompose financial and technical concepts
• Exposure to technologies: web (Java, HTML, Python), relational database (Oracle, SQL), reporting, or data analysis/data mining

• Willingness to travel as required

Preferred Qualifications:

• FP&A Background
• Experience with Enterprise Performance Management applications: Oracle, Anaplan, or other

Compensation:

Peloton provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles. Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, business needs, and geographic location.
