QAAgility Technologies seeks an Analytics Specialist Procurement & IT to design and deliver Power BI dashboards, reports, and data models for global procurement and IT performance management. Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Data Analytics, Engineering or related field.
• 6+ years of professional experience in analytics/supply chain or IT analytics.
• 5+ years of experience with Power BI, data visualization, and data modelling.
• Experience with Microsoft Fabric is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and data models.
• Use DAX, Power Query, and Microsoft Fabric to build advanced analytics solutions.
• Extract and transform data from Excel, flat files, databases, and other sources.
• Use SQL and Python for data manipulation, analysis, and transformation.
• Apply data visualization and UI/UX best practices to create intuitive dashboards.
• Develop effective data storytelling to communicate insights to business stakeholders.
• Understand procurement and IT business requirements and translate them into reporting solutions.
• Collaborate with global procurement, IT, and analytics teams.

Job Description

The Analytics Specialist Procurement & IT will support the global Procurement and IT functions by developing Power BI dashboards, reports, and data models for performance management and business decision-making.

The role will focus on transforming data from multiple sources into clear, interactive, and user-friendly dashboards, while applying strong data visualization, storytelling, and UI/UX principles.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and data models.
• Use DAX, Power Query, and Microsoft Fabric to build advanced analytics solutions.
• Extract and transform data from Excel, flat files, databases, and other sources.
• Use SQL and Python for data manipulation, analysis, and transformation.
• Apply data visualization and UI/UX best practices to create intuitive dashboards.

• 2+ years of experience with Python and SQL.
• Experience in Procurement and/or IT analytics is preferred. .
