Job summary

JPMorgan Chase Bank in Bengaluru seeks an Analytics Solutions Senior Associate to deliver trusted, decision-ready insights. You will partner with Product, Business, and Technology teams to define requirements, govern metrics, and validate outcomes, shaping data models and reporting layers for scalable analytics.

You will collaborate with data architects/engineers, develop dashboards with Tableau/Looker/Power BI, and support regulatory reporting with audits and lineage awareness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
• Advanced SQL skills for querying and transforming data with performance optimization.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management to translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Understanding of data modeling, analytics layer design, semantic/reporting layers, and standardized metrics.
• Experience partnering with data architects/engineers to develop scalable analytics solutions.
• Ability to identify data sources, validate outputs, and resolve data quality issues.
• Knowledge of data governance, reproducibility, lineage awareness, data quality, and operational risk.
• Experience automating manual processes and designing maintainable analytics workflows.
• Experience with BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Python for data analysis and automation.
• Experience with Jira for agile project management.
• Master's degree in Finance/Data Science; domain experience in banking preferred.
• Experience in banking/financial services; regulated environments preferred.
• Exposure to AI-enabled analytics or automation tools.

As an Analytics Solutions Senior Associate at JPMorgan Chase within the International Consumer Bank Data Central team supporting JPMorgan Personal Investing, you will deliver trusted, decision-ready insights through well-defined metrics, governed reporting layers, and scalable analytics solutions. You will partner with Product, Business, and Technology stakeholders to define requirements, govern metrics, and validate business outcomes. You will collaborate with data architects and engineers to shape data models and reporting and semantic layers. You will help ensure analytics outputs are accurate, consistent, and suitable for business performance and regulatory reporting needs.

Job Responsibilities

• Partner with Product, Business, and Technology stakeholders to translate business needs into clear analytics requirements and deliverables

• Define, document, and govern key performance indicators and metric definitions to promote consistency across reporting and decision-making

• Identify appropriate data sources and systems of record and validate outputs through reconciliation and reasonability checks

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
