Job summary

Deutsche Bank in India’s Jaipur area is seeking a Reporting and Insights Manager to own dashboards, reports and analytics, leveraging an AI-first stack to automate data delivery and insights. You will partner with GP Data and Analytics, CIO cloud teams and stakeholders to scale data, improve quality and enable faster decisions.

The role emphasizes translating data into actionable insights, building AI-enabled solutions, and delivering regulatory and governance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Act as an AI “architect” to analyze complex DB Procurement processes, technologies and design solutions to solve business problems.
• Apply an AI‑first approach to designing data analytics solutions and deliver outcomes in partnership with the tech team.
• Build and lead the delivery of AI solutions to automate creation and delivery of data, reports and dashboards.
• Generate fresh insights by integrating AI solutions on top of available GP data.
• Develop a sound understanding of the tools and analytical offerings on the standard procurement insights platform, dbPi.
• Establish end‑to‑end understanding of the DB Procurement data sets including vendor spend, risk and contracting data.
• Focus on regulatory compliance reporting and KPI/KRI/KCI reporting to various governance forums.
• Build pilots/POC to demonstrate solution potential with strong BA‑DA skills.
• Translate data into actionable insights and present findings clearly.
• Work effectively in a collaborative environment.

Position Overview

As Reporting and Insights Manager, you will own a suite of dashboards and reports and use analytical tools and AI technology stack with the aim to automate reports/tools/dashboards/analysis thereby contributing to efficiencies, data quality and scalability.

This role involves working cross‑functionally across the GP Data and Analytics team, our partners in CIO who own the cloud platform working towards AI‑upliftment, and cross‑divisional stakeholders to deliver required data sets, dashboards, metrics and reports.
