In the Data & Analytics Analyst role, you will work with Data Engineers, Power BI Developers, Data Architects, QA teams, team leads, and business/practice stakeholders to support Huron’s enterprise analytics and reporting solutions. This role is designed for entry-level to early-career professionals who are building foundational capability across data engineering, business intelligence, data modeling, reporting, and analytics delivery. This role will support Software Development, Corporate IT, and business/practice resources across the US and India. Under guidance from senior team members, you will participate in the analytics delivery lifecycle, including requirements support, data analysis, data preparation, report development, testing, documentation, deployment support, and production issue remediation. You will help build and maintain data pipelines, datasets, semantic models, dashboards, and reports that enable data-driven decision-making across Huron. You will also support data validation, documentation, and quality assurance activities to ensure solutions are accurate, secure, reusable, and aligned with Huron’s enterprise platforms, delivery standards, and compliance expectations.
