What would you do?

• The BI and A Team-Business Insights and Analytics is a global team dedicated to providing Accenture business & HR leaders with strategic and operational analytics and insights to enable data-led decision making. The team designs, builds & sustains a portfolio of reporting and analytics products-spanning QlikView & Power BI dashboards, GCP Data Lake Data Products, Workday Dashboards & Reports, and the HRRA Database.
• The Product Owner shapes, drives, and sustains the analytics and reporting products for their assigned portfolio. This is a full-lifecycle role: from product vision and backlog management through delivery, quality assurance, operational support, and stakeholder enablement. The Product Owner is accountable for what gets built, how well it works, and that users and stakeholders are supported day to day.
• ADOPTION and INSIGHT Run adoption analysis and usage reporting across QlikView and Power BI products in the portfolio to discuss with the Advisor of the portfolio and take decisions together about Adoption and Usage of the Dashoboards.

What are we looking for?

• They work closely with the Business Advisor who owns the stakeholder relationship and business narrative and with the Data Owner, who governs data definitions, quality, and access. The Product Owner is the execution center of the team: the role where product strategy meets technical delivery and operational continuity.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• PRODUCT STRATEGY and BACKLOG
• Own the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for the assigned portfolio
• Prioritize features and PBIs to achieve business outcomes, balancing stakeholder value with delivery capacity
• Review and approve user stories and acceptance criteria - working alongside the Scrum Master who writes them
• Validate technical feasibility with the delivery team before sprint start and partner with BI or Qlik or WD Developers on solution approach
• Own all PI Planning ceremony materials and maintain ADO accurately throughout the planning and execution cycle
• Work with the Business Advisor to plan and prioritize epics at PI Planning
• DELIVERY and RELEASE MANAGEMENT
• Monitor sprint delivery, actively remove blockers, and elevate dependencies without waiting for the team to surface them
• Conduct and sign off on UAT making the go no-go decision based on a structured readiness brief
• Sign off on final and release-train testing before production releases
• Provide content brief to the Business Advisor for change communications what is changing and why
• OPERATIONAL SUPPORT and QUERY TRIAGE
• Receive and triage incoming queries, tickets-ServiceNow, and portfolio mailbox feedback classified as Data Product issue bug, question about data products usage, data products access request, or build request
• Route business questions to the corresponding Business Advisor
• Confirm bug severity P1 or P2, drive resolution with the delivery team, and raise CIO incidents for technical issues requiring CIOs team support
• Set, track, and remove user-facing protocol messages in DandaMarketplace for bugs and important notices
