Job summary

Accenture is seeking an Analytics and Modeling Analyst in Bengaluru to support reporting analytics initiatives. The candidate should have 3 to 5 years of experience, strong communication, attention to detail, and a customer-focused mindset.

Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and exposure to Power BI is desirable. The role involves working within a virtual team, coordinating with global services, and contributing to data-driven decision-making.

Qualifications

• Experience of handling global services support, working within virtual team environment and excellent communications skills
• Excellent attention to detail - particularly when under pressure
• Strong customer, service focus
• Good team player, Self-motivated, Eagerness to learn new things
• MS-Excel, MS-PowerPoint, MS-Office
• Basic MS-SQL and VBA, Macro skills and data integration skills, good to have exposure to Power-Bi or undergone training in Power Bi

Responsibilities

• Support critical Accenture Initiatives and ensure updates and maintenance of report templates and economic model changes when required
• Be able to identify opportunities in order to eliminate redundant work, obsolete processes or enhancements in the current reporting offering
• Develop an ongoing relationship with CIO
• Understanding of SAP data structure and experience of working in Procurement would be an advantage
