Job summary

Flax Laboratories in Vadodara, Gujarat, is seeking a skilled analytical development professional to lead method development activities for APIs, intermediates, and finished dosage forms. You will drive validation, transfer, and troubleshooting of analytical procedures to ensure compliance and robust performance.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor junior staff, and ensure rigorous documentation in line with GMP/GLP standards.

Qualifications

• Leadership, team handling and problem-solving skills.
• Hands-on experience with HPLC, GC, KF and laboratory instruments.
• Knowledge of GMP, GLP and pharmaceutical documentation practices.
