Job summary

RPG Life Sciences in Navi Mumbai invites a qualified analytical chemist with 3–5 years ADL experience to join our QC/Analytical Development team. The role focuses on developing and partially validating methods for assays, dissolution, content uniformity, related substances and residual solvents across solid and liquid dosage forms, using HPLC, dissolution apparatus, GC, KF and spectrophotometry.

You will prepare development reports, transfer methods, and address analytical regulatory queries

Qualifications

• M.Sc in Analytical Chemistry is required.
• Candidate should have 3–5 years ADL experience.
• Experience with solid and liquid dosage forms.
• Knowledge of GLP and regulatory queries handling.
• Proficiency in analytical method development and validation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and partially validate analytical methods for assays and dissolution.
• Validate content uniformity and related substances in dosage forms.
• Operate HPLC, GC, KF, UV and dissolution equipment.
• Prepare test methods, development reports and tech transfer docs.
• Handle regulatory inquiries and troubleshooting in analytics.
• Ensure GLP-compliant documentation.

Job description

1] Minimum ADL experience of the candidate should be 3 to 5 years.

CTC Criteria 3 to 6 LPA (Depend on experience)

Qualification : M.Sc (Analytical Chemistry)

2] Instrument and calibration of Water HPCL Must

2] Independently able to perform Analytical Method Development and partial validation of Assay, Dissolution, Content Uniformity, Related Substances & Residual solvents etc. for solid dosage form (IR,ER,P,DR etc.) /Liquid dosage form & other.

3] Operation and calibration: Instruments such as HPLC (Waters), Dissolution apparatus (Lab India & Electrolab), GC (Perkin & Shimadzu), KF, Potentiometer, UV spectrophotometer.

4] Preparation of analytical documents like tentative test methods, method development/equivalency/feasibility protocols and reports, tech transfer documents (Specification & MOA of API, Excipients, Blend, In-process, Finished product, Shelf life etc)

5] Handling of Analytical related regulatory queries, Trouble shooting, Market complaint, Client queries etc.

6] Work as per Good Laboratory Practices (GLP).
