Job summary

Trimont is seeking a DSCR Triggers Analyst to process triggers described in loan documents and escalate results to Asset Managers. The role involves analyzing financial statements, monitoring events, and resolving complex issues in a fast-paced environment in Bengaluru and Hyderabad.

The ideal candidate has strong accounting knowledge, GAAP/IFRS familiarity, and excellent communication skills to engage with stakeholders and manage deadlines effectively.

Qualifications

• Eligible candidate must be B.Com/MBA Finance with financials analysis capability.
• Strong understanding of accounting and corporate financial accounting systems.
• Knowledge of financial ratios and covenant triggers is a plus.
• Familiarity with GAAP/IFRS and reading financial statements.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for engagement with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Analyze the property financial statements and spread information with adjustments per loan documents.
• Monitor loan-specific triggers to meet deadlines and escalate as needed.
• Resolve complex issues involving Asset Managers and other units.
• Research discrepancies and coordinate with relevant teams to ensure compliance.
• Develop technical skills through training and minimum hours.

Job Summary

The DSCR Triggers Team is responsible for the processing all the loans having triggers mentioned in the loan documents and escalating the test result to the Asset Managers. DSCR Triggers are processed by the servicer during the life of the loan e.g. Springing Lockbox, Waterfall change and Springing management Control etc. The Trigger tests results of DSCR are notified to the Asset managers, Credit Analyst and the PSR team using variance analysis.

Responsibilities

• Analyze the property’s financial statement and spread financial information, perform various adjustments in line with the various loan documents.
• Monitor and review loan specific triggers events to ensure appropriate action is taken to meet the required deadlines,
• Manage and/or escape complex issues that will include some decision making on the Asset Managers part
• Research and resolve any discrepancy,and also work with all applicable functional business units to ensure compliance with loan documents
• Develop personal technical skill by training hour minimum
• Perform other process additional and ad-hoc work projects as assigned by management.

Required Qualifications

• Eligible candidate must beB.Com/ MBA finance graduate as the requirement is financials analysis and accounting.
• Good understanding of accounting and corporate financial accounting system
• Good understanding of financial ratios/covenants triggers would be an added advantage.
• Knowledge on GAAP accounting/IFRS and ability to read and interpret financials statement and calculating various financial ratios.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are crucial for engaging with candidates and hiring managers.

Standard shift time

• 7.30 am - 4.30 pm (BLR) & 8.30 am - 5.30 pm (HYD)– Flexibility in shifts may be needed.
