Job summary

Trimont in Bengaluru (India) is seeking a detail-oriented Associate Transactions & Processor to support the loan servicing team. The role involves reviewing documents, entering loan data, and ensuring compliance with bank policies and regulatory standards. A minimum of 1+ year in loan processing is required.

You will work with US counterparts, handle high volumes, and contribute to accurate servicing across diverse loan types. A Bachelor’s degree is required.

• Interpret and understand different types of loan documents and ensure accurate details are captured on the applications
• Update and analyze the company’s mortgage loan system of record and other systems with appropriate data
• Accurately process high volumes of work within established deadlines

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Associate Transactions & Processor to join our loan servicing team. This critical role covers activities related to servicing commercial loan transactions according to bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, while maintaining compliance with regional regulatory standards and internal policies. Minimum one plus years’ experience in review and interpretation of documents and ability to work independently with established deadlines is required.

Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with loan servicing standards.
• Experience with syndicated loans, commercial real estate, or structured finance.
• Knowledge of onboarding workflows and automation tools.
• Understanding and ability to interpret loan language on loan documents
• 2+ years of experience in loan processing, loan servicing, or financial operations.

Standard Shift Time

• 7.30 am - 4.30 pm (BLR) & 8.30 am - 5.30 pm (HYD) - Flexible working different shifts as per business requirement.
