Role Overview

The System Administration Analyst (SAP Basis) will be part of Magna’s global Industrial Solution (ISOL) Team, reporting to the System Administration Manager. You will manage and support SAP and B2B landscapes hosted on-premises, on Azure, or other hyperscalers, while ensuring system security and compliance.

This role involves close collaboration with internal teams, hosting providers, and external partners to maintain system performance, security, and compliance with ISAE 3402 standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with ISOL Team & Manager to implement SAP/B2B and global system strategies.
• Work with hosting providers & Azure/hyperscaler teams for seamless integration of ISOL systems.
• Analyse system costs and oversee monthly invoicing.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and disruptions within the ISOL environment.
• Ensure compliance with ISAE 3402 requirements; integrate necessary processes and controls.
• Support internal and external audits with documentation and evidence.
• Manage risk & compliance tasks: SAST/GRC, authorization clean-up, ISOL projects.
• Monitor security incidents, conduct vulnerability assessments, and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with IT teams, vendors, and consultants on security-related projects.
• Stay updated on trends in SAP, B2B, Azure, and ISOL security.
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• SAP Certification preferred.
• 3+ years experience managing and supporting SAP systems (focus on SAP in Azure).
• Solid experience in SAP Basis Administration and/or B2B systems.
• Strong grounding in IT infrastructure & SAP/B2B connectivity.
• Knowledge of ISAE 3402 certification requirements and audit processes.
• Language skills: English (fluent) and basic German preferred.
