Job summary

Bain & Company is hiring an Analyst – Sustainability (S&R) to support its Sustainability Center of Excellence. The role involves handling smaller sustainability cases, assisting Project Leaders, and analyzing carbon-management data.

You should have advanced Excel, PowerPoint and data analytics skills, with familiarity with Tableau, Tableau Prep and Alteryx. A bachelor’s degree and 0–2 years of ESG exposure are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; ESG exposure preferred.
• 0–2 years of experience in sustainability or ESG.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Experience with Excel, PowerPoint and data visualization tools.

Responsibilities

• Support the Sustainability Center of Excellence and manage smaller sustainability cases.
