Job summary

Eaton Corporation in Pune hosts a role within the Global Supply Chain Center of Excellence. The position contributes to productivity and efficiency of GSC CoE and SCM by measuring and improving supplier performance, KPIs, and reporting processes.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT/Computers or Mechanical engineering.
3–5 years of relevant experience in supply chain management and analytics in global environments.
Experience in supplier performance measurement and KPI reporting.
Proficiency with MS Excel, Power BI, Python, and data analytics tools.
Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

Measure, analyze and drive KPI performance of key Eaton suppliers monthly.
Extract data, analyze, and timely report KPIs for SCM operations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve data accuracy and scorecards.

What you’ll do:

"This position will be based in Eaton's Global Supply Chain Center of Excellence (GSC CoE) in Pune and will contribute to the enhancement of productivity and efficiency of GSC CoE and SCM function."

"The person in this position would be supporting the Global Supplier Performance Management process and primarily be responsible for Measuring, Analyzing & driving the performance (KPIs) of key Eaton suppliers on a monthly basis to drive the efficiency of Eaton Supply Chain operations."

"The position primarily requires a deeper understanding of Supplier performance measurement through effectively managing the Data extraction, Analysis & Timely Reporting of Key Performance Indicators."

"Functional Skills-

> Ability to effectively managing SCM operational data
> Partner cross functionally to drive the performance of strategic suppliers
> Identify methods to streamline the reporting-analysis work and improve process execution
> Efficiently resolve supplier issues
> Develop Strategies YoY to introduce business relevant KPIs
> Partner with respective stakeholders to improve the accuracy of the data in the scorecard

Technical Competencies -

> Strong Analytical Skills
> Familiarity with process improvement methodologies and project management skills and applications
> Well versed with MS office tools including MS Excel, Powerpoint & Access
> Knowledge of newer technologies & data analytics tools like Power BI & Python
> Good communications and customer care skills when interacting with both internal and/or external customers
> Strong Working Knowledge ERP System & business intelligence tools such as OBIEE, Qlik View is required
> Alignment with the Corp Risk & Compliance / SCM Leaders, align with the strategy and deploy those strategies.

> Flexible attitude to work with the willingness to learn new skills when required
