FIS in India is seeking an experienced Program & Transformation Leader to oversee end-to-end transition and transformation programs from initiation through stabilization.

You will develop and manage integrated program plans, milestones, dependencies, budgets, and resource strategies while coordinating cross-functional teams across Operations, Technology, Product, Client Management, Compliance, and Vendor organizations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Technology or related field required.
• 8-12+ years of project, program, transition, or transformation management experience.
• Proven experience leading large-scale business or technology transformation initiatives.
• Strong expertise in project management methodologies, governance, and change management.
• Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills.

What you will be doing~

• Program & Project Leadership

• Develop detailed transition strategies, implementation plans, and readiness frameworks
• Drive knowledge transfer, operating model design, process migration, and organizational change activities
• Manage transition governance, issue resolution, escalation management, and stakeholder communications
• Oversee go-live planning, hypercare support, and stabilization activities

• Transformation Delivery
• Lead process improvement and transformation initiatives focused on efficiency, standardization, automation, and client value
• Identify opportunities for operational optimization and technology enablement
• Drive continuous improvement programs and ensure realization of business benefits
• Governance & Executive Communication
• Establish program governance structures, steering committees, and executive reporting
• Present status updates, risks, decisions, and recommendations to senior leadership and client executives
• Prepare executive-level dashboards, milestone tracking, and business readiness reports

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Finance, Engineering, or related field
• 8-12+ years of project, program, transition, or transformation management experience
• Proven experience leading large-scale business or technology transformation initiatives
• Strong expertise in project management methodologies, governance, and change management
• Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience managing global and cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2, Lean Six Sigma, Agile, AI Certification
• Banking, Financial Services, FinTech, BPO, or Technology industry experience
• Experience with large-scale client conversions, migrations, or outsourcing transitions
