Job summary

MCube Financial seeks a young and dynamic Analyst to support its US Commercial Real Estate initiatives from India. You will manage projects for lenders, investment banks, asset managers, and advisory firms, performing in-depth financial analysis and preparing clear, structured deliverables.

Ideal candidates have 1-3 years of CRE experience in KPO or consulting, strong Excel and MS Office skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients while meeting tight deadlines and upholding

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of relevant US Commercial Real Estate experience in a KPO or consulting firm or financial services company.
• Experience analyzing financial and operational information to underwrite and conduct due diligence on CRE properties.
• Ability to use market, industry and economic data to support investment decisions.
• Strong MS Office and Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as an analyst, managing projects for US-based financial institutions, lenders, investment banks, REITs, asset managers, and advisory firms.
• Understand and assess the scope and objectives of each project based on the client type, tailoring the approach accordingly, and ensuring the analysis is accurate, comprehensive, and relevant.
• Perform in-depth financial analysis, presenting findings in a clear, structured manner.
• Spreading, evaluating and performing review of all financial statements, identifying recurring and non-recurring income/expenses, differentiating between capital expenditure and operating expenses, and understanding cash and accrual methodologies.
• Perform detailed analysis and review of rent rolls for multifamily and commercial properties.
• Maintain direct communication with clients, guiding them through the deliverables, addressing inquiries and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with project leads on setting timelines and assist in decision-making related to client management and project execution.
• Ensure 100% accuracy in the final deliverables while strictly adhering to client timelines.
• Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality regarding client information and sensitive data.

Required Skills

Technical Skills :

• Knowledge of different property types.
• Knowledge of different types of rent rolls (including multifamily and commercial properties).
• Should know how to prepare unit mix for a multifamily property.
• Knowledge and ability to interpret financial statements. Should have prior experience related to categorization of financial statements.
• Knowledge of CMBS markets and reporting of financial data.
• Knowledge of valuation concepts and approaches.
• Exceptional MS Office and Excel skills.

Work Experience

1-3 years of relevant US Commercial Real Estate experience in a KPO or consulting firm or financial services company. Prior experience in analyzing financial and operational information to underwrite and conduct due diligence on commercial real estate properties utilizing market, industry and economic data to help make the investment decisions on behalf of lending / investment firms.

Educational Qualification

• Undergraduate degree and preferably a master's degree in business with a finance or accounting concentration.
