Job summary

Arcesium is seeking an Analyst/Senior Analyst - FP&A, Corporate in Bengaluru to own country- and office-level expense planning and act as a trusted business partner to corporate functions. You will build granular financial models and present insights to senior leadership, spanning OpEx, CapEx, and headcount planning across Admin, HR, Facilities, and IT.

The role requires a CA or MBA in Finance and 2–5 years of FP&A or finance business partnering experience, with hands-on experience in planning

Qualifications

• CA/MBA Finance from a reputed institute with 2–5 years of FP&A or finance business partnering experience.
• Experience budgeting and forecasting OpEx, CapEx, and headcount in Tech/SaaS/FinTech strongly preferred.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise planning and reporting tools such as Anaplan, Oracle, Power BI, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end OpEx and CapEx planning for India locations, including facilities, infrastructure, IT assets and office operations.
• Collaborate with Admin, HR, Facilities, IT, and other teams to develop annual budget and quarterly forecasts.
• Track actual spend versus budget at country and office level; investigate variances and course-correct in-year.
• Act as the primary finance business partner for assigned departments, translating plans into forecasts and providing budget guidance.
• Support headcount planning cycles – model hiring plans, attrition scenarios, and cost implications at department and location level.
• Prepare and present monthly/quarterly budget reviews, forecast updates and ad-hoc analyses to Finance leadership and stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports showing expenses, headcount, and key KPIs; contribute to automation and finance transformation.

We are looking for a Senior Analyst specializing in Location Finance to own country- and office-level expense planning, serve as a trusted business partner to corporate functions, and bring analytical rigor to both day-to-day operations and long-range financial strategy.

This is a high-visibility role that requires someone equally comfortable building granular financial models and presenting insights to senior leadership. You will work directly with Admin, HR, Facilities, IT, and other corporate departments to plan and control both operating expenditure (OpEx) and capital expenditure (CapEx), ensuring Arcesium's footprint is managed efficiently and transparently.

What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end OpEx and CapEx planning for India locations, covering facilities, infrastructure, IT assets, and office operations.
• Collaborate with Admin, HR, Facilities, IT, and other teams to develop annual budget, quarterly forecast etc.
• Track actual spend versus budget at country and office level; investigate variances and work with stakeholders to course-correct in-year.
• Act as the primary finance business partner for assigned department, translating business plans into financial forecasts and providing clear budget guidance.
• Support headcount planning cycles - model hiring plans, attrition scenarios, and the associated cost implications (compensation, benefits, seat costs) at department and location level.
• Prepare and present monthly/quarterly budget reviews, forecast updates and ad-hoc analysis to Finance leadership and other relevant stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that gives visibility into expenses, headcount, and key financial KPIs.
• Contribute to Finance transformation initiatives - tools, automation, and process improvements that increase speed, accuracy, and self-service capability.

What You'll Need

• CA/MBA Finance from reputed institute, with 2-5 years of relevant FP&A or Finance Business Partnering experience.
• Prior experience in budgeting and forecasting OpEx, CapEx, and headcount in the Technology industry (SaaS, Enterprise software, or FinTech) strongly preferred.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise planning and reporting tools: Anaplan, Oracle, Power BI, or equivalent.
• Familiarity with data science concepts (data wrangling, statistical analysis, visualization) and comfortable working with large datasets.
• Experience with automation and process improvement (Python, SQL, or BI scripting is a plus).
• Exceptional attention to detail combined with the ability to zoom out and communicate the strategic picture.
• Strong business partnering and influencing skills — able to build credibility and trust with senior stakeholders across Finance and non-Finance functions.
• Proactive, self-driven, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, global environment with shifting priorities.
