Job Title: Lead - Business Partner Talent Acquisition

Job Description:

1. Develop, implement, standardize, and maintain commission plans in collaboration with sales operation leaders and finance teams.
2. Ensure commission plans align with business objectives, sales goals, and industry best practices.
3. Regularly review and update commission plans to reflect changes in business strategies and market conditions.
4. Validate and reconcile commission data to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies or errors.
5. Perform performance analysis and optimize processes related to commissions.

Job Requirements:

• 3 to 5 years of experience with SAP Commission.
• Expertise in writing packages/procedures using Oracle PL/SQL.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of report system design (Webi, Crystal Reports, Power BI, Embedded Analytics).
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement system and process improvements.
• Experience with SAP HANA is an advantage.
• Understanding of the data model in SAP Commission.
• Ability to develop and maintain technical documentation.
• Providing technical support and troubleshooting for applications.
