Job summary

Cardinal Health in Bengaluru is seeking a Salesforce Analyst to design, implement and deliver Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud and Apttus CLM solutions. The role requires a customer-focused mindset, hands-on technical skills and a willingness to adapt to evolving business needs.

The incumbent will be a hands-on contributor, designing Salesforce applications, coding in Apex, and collaborating with cross-functional teams globally to ensure scalable, reliable solutions.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Strong fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, and system design
• Great communication skills and ability to work in a team
• 2–4 years as a Salesforce.com Developer
• Apex programming and Java/.Net development experience
• Salesforce Development with Apex programming
• Experience with Sales or Service Cloud modules
• CI/CD tools experience (e.g., Jenkins)
• Knowledge of Marketing Cloud or Pardot is a plus
• RESTful services and external API integrations
• GIT/Bitbucket and Jira familiarity
• Experience in SQL and database queries

Cardinal Health is seeking a Analyst - Salesforce, responsible for designing, implementing and delivering state of the art Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud, Apttus CLM solutions. The ideal candidate is an individual with customer focused mindset, hands-on technology skills, positive work ethic and a collaborative mindset who is willing to learn and adapt to evolving business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Be a hands-on individual contributor, who can design solutions, code, automate and review the deliverables of other team members.
• Design and develop Salesforce applications using configuration and custom apex code.
• Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle applying best practices and Agile software development methodologies.
• Understand and meet business needs with respect to functionality, performance, scalability, reliability, and adherence to development principles and product goal.
• Collaboratively work with various cross-functional teams across the globe.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Strong fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, and system design
• Great communication skills and an ability to work in a team
• 2 – 4 Years as a Salesforce.com Developer
• Programming skills and expertise in Apex Programming and Java/.Net development.
• Experience with Salesforce Development with Apex programming
• At least One year Experience in Sales or Service Cloud modules
• Experience with Jenkins or other CI/CD pipeline tools is a plus
• Knowledge of Agentforce or One work experience is good.
• AI certification is a plus.
• Certifications on Admin is must and PD1 is added advantage.
• Additional development skills Knowledge of Agentforce or One work experience is good.
• AI certification is a plus.
• Knowledge on Marketing Cloud or Pardot or FSL(Field Service Lightning) is added advantage.
• Experience in JavaScript, Typescript, jQuery, Node.js, JSON
• Understanding of CSS, HTML, XML
• Understanding in building RESTful services and calling external systems API Services
• Understanding of Rest API implementation with OData, OAuth, JWT
• Understanding of working with GIT/Bitbucket, Jira
• Experience in SQL language and database queries
