Qualifications

• Relevant experience in R2R Reconciliation is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile General Ledger, Bank, and Intercompany accounts.
• Review and investigate reconciliation variances; ensure timely resolution.
• Prepare and upload journal entries during month-end closing.
• Manage and clear open items, ensuring timely communication with stakeholders.
• Maintain accuracy and compliance in the reconciliation process.
• Support internal and external audits with required data and clarifications.
• Update and maintain SOPs, Error Logs, and related process documentation.
• Conduct process trainings and share best practices.
• Identify and drive process improvement initiatives.

Skills

Strong understanding of accounting and reconciliation processes

Intermediate Excel proficiency (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.)

Excellent attention to detail and analytical mindset

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Proactive, deadline-driven, and able to work independently or in teams

Flexible and able to manage multiple priorities effectively

About The Role

• Senior Analyst: 6+ years

Key Responsibilities
