This role is accountable for reviewing, monitoring, and testing activities to ensure compliance with internal controls and procedures. This role exercises sound judgment in prioritizing tasks and determining the best approaches to gather comprehensive and accurate information on identified issues. The Team Member provides the team with clear, detailed explanations of recommendations and verifies their understanding of key concerns. Leveraging strong technical and system expertise, the role analyzes data to uphold quality assurance standards for transactions. Daily responsibilities include performing tasks accurately in alignment with risk-approved benchmarks and efficiently triaging escalations. Adherence to detailed instructions and documented procedures is essential to maintain compliance.
