Job summary

TIAA Global Capabilities in Pune, India is seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst II to perform QC/QA reviews of communications, ensuring accuracy and completeness of content. You will sample delivered communications and verify display and required information.

You will manage case samples, report findings against defined metrics, and assist in developing SOPs and standard work for the DMC team to sustain high-quality service delivery.

Qualifications

  • University degree is required.
  • No prior experience is required for this role.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking expected.

Job description

Quality Assurance Analyst II - IN

Perform QC/QA review of communications by sampling delivered communications, and review the content to ensure it was displayed correctly, and that all required information is included.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

Conduct Quality Control and/or Quality Assurance of the Document Management & Control (DMC) Team processes who provide regulatory and transactional communications to participants.

Manage assigned sample of cases to review and report findings, maintaining specified production/ efficiency metrics to ensure consistent and reliable service quality metrics.

Assist the development and updating of SOPs and Standard Work for lines of business in (business unit).
